Poor Decision Making

Very unhappy with Mugg and Bean Clearwater. Stood by the entrance as indicate to wait to be seated. Waiter walks towards us then all of a sudden the lady behind us squeeze past us very rudely the waiter ignores is and attends to hear before coming to attend to us!

Why have a sign to say wait to be seated if you going to ignore us and help other people that dont follow the rules first!!!

Its unacceptable to say the least. The manager on duty clearly saw the unhappiness on our faces then sudden comes to help us. I told her why we not happy and told her they can leave it seeing as other clients are more important that rudely passes us and gets assisted first!
