Poor customer service, terrible food

Poor customer service. Extremely disappointed with the service I received on the 16/12/22. My husband and I decided to redo our 1st date as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We arrived at 17:00 for dinner. We were greeted by Michelle who led us to our table and she gave us menus. I asked her why the restaurant was so empty and her response was " it's a public holiday people are at home". I then asked her what time are they closing she said 18:30. We proceeded to order our usual favorites and what a disappointment. The food was terrible to say the least! The staff was clearly in a hurry to get home. Worse rump steak and big daddy burger.... mugg and bean rosebank mall
