Poor customer service
Poor customer service, I received a voucher and the waiter Tendai kept on giving me excuses to process my voucher, I asked for the manager but she refused too. I just left the restaurant with getting my order. I am very disappointed because it will be expired in a few days from today, meaning I have forfeited my voucher.

28 Jan 2023, 17:56The manager ended up coming to me to explain what the issue was and the waiter Tendai delivered a cake to me, thank you very much for solving the issue immediately and for the effort they made to come and process my order. It really means alot. Thank you very much Tandai from mugg and bean.
