Poor Customer Care

Good Day,

i write to complain with service i was given today.I went to get my free cake for my birthday and the complimentary free complimentary cappucino that i received 11/07/2021 which i believe it expires today.i was told that the cappuccino exprired at 12am.Then i said then they can cancel the cappucino but the lady who was assisting me said i have to pay for the cappucino because they have done it.which i did and even i asked one waiter Jackie what if i didnt have money since i came before it expires.She couldnt even give me an answer.I felt like if i didnt have the cash ,i was going to be embarrased,I didnt like the experience at all.
