Poor Customer and Negligence

Guys please be careful when ordering from MUGG & BEAN SA the Richards Bay branch , on the 26th of November 2022 I was there and I ordered a Salad and clearly instructed the waitress that I'm allergic to beef there shouldn't be any traces of beef , to my surprise the salad came With beef in it and I suffered an allergic reaction and was in and out of doctors and the reception that I received from the management is poor to a point that I’ve been told their looking into the Matter till today
