Poor and arrogant service.

<p>Just had the irritation of trying to buy a hot chocolate from the Mugg & Bean at Port Elizabeth Airport. The two staff members seemed more interested in holding a private conversation between themselves than serving me. The so called cashier constantly turning her attention from me to her college pouring the drinks while I was trying to order. The hot chocolate was, however, quite nice.</p>
