Paying customers

We went to Leeroy and Merlin Yesterday, popped in at Mug and Bean ordered a Filter coffee and a Caffe latte with sandwiches. We received the filter coffee but with an espresso coffee when I corrected the lady, she rep**** to her assistant in their language that it is the same and yet it's not. Mug and Bean get a thumbs down for this service, hello we are paying customers. and expect to get what we paid for and not what you want to give us. So, thumbs down to the ladies that's working there I will no longer buy anything from you guy's I hope I'm clear on paying customers.
