Pathetic service -Rude owner

Worst service ever from the Owner who undermines black people.

I ordered a ****in & Egg Benedict bowl(26/07/19 10:00-10:20) but the food was so oily that I couldn't even eat it ended eating only the ****in,when I showed to the friendly waiter Joseph who helped me he then showed it to his manager who asked if I would like to maybe take something instead of that,I responded by asking for another ****in instead the manager then proceeded to try & assist me. Then came the rude owner who told me what must he noe do with the FOOD?,'MUST HE THROW IT AWAY'? I responded by telling him I'm paying for the food & I can't be forced to eat something that is oily whist I am paying.

He was so rude & load & told me I have to pay for it & throw it away as he can't be loosing money because I'm not happy & as a matter of fact I shouldn't even come to his restaurant again?

I've been a loyal mugg & bean customer for years & this type of behavior from someone who thinKS he Billy gates of Mugg n bean is totally unacceptable....I'm surprised how he even acquired this franchise.

I wonder how he treats he's staff members....I should make the labour department aware of this !!!!
