Pathetic Service Mugg & Bean V&A Waterfront

I just wanted to make you aware of the fact that I just walked out of your restaurant after sitting at my table for more than 15 minutes with no one attending me. This on top of the fact that I had to wait at least 2 minutes at the entrance without anyone offering to seat me.

Worst part is that no one even noticed when I got up and left. This after sitting in full view of most of the staff during the time that I sat at my table.

No wonder the restaurant is basically empty every time I walk past it. Mugg & Bean Will never see me as a customer again.
