Pathetic Service

What horrible service received from key west branch. My wife and arrived at the store at 16:35 on the 09/05/2023. No one at the door and we had to seat ourself after which a kitchen lady came to give us a menu. At 16:45 the waitress ( no idea her name, no name batch) came and told us we better order fast as there is load shedding at 18:00 and the kitchen is basically closed as they dont want to start the generator. Really? Is this the kind of service Mugg and bean is offering now??? Needless to say, we drank our coffee and left. We will not be visiting mugg and bean soon again and rather went to a different business that actually wants our business.
