PATHETIC SERVICE AT MUGG&BEAN

We are regulars at the Kruger National Park and were very excited to have found out that most of the camps will have a Mugg&Bean branch as the main dining facility.
How deeply disappointing it was and still is to visit any of these restaurants.
The service is non existing and most of the items is usually out of stock.
The 2 branches is Lower Sabie and Olifants Camp.
The waiters don't know the menu items at all if asked for info and don't have experience.
Every time we go back in hopes of a better experience...but every time we leave furious and disappointed.
As I am typing this complaint, we are sitting at Mugg&Bean Olifants Camp. After 5 minutes of sitting down, the waitress came to us just looking at us...then she asked: \do you want a menu?"
Then she disappeared. After 10 minutes a trainee came to us to take the order. I ordered a Salted Caramel Choc Pretzel Mocha. My fiance ordered Rooibos tea with honey. After 10 minutes the trainee came back to tell me the Caramel Choc P Mocha is out of stock. I said I want nothing. After 5 minutes he brought the tea with no honey.
I just ordered a Frittata now. Ehh...it's out of stock.
WHY DO YOU NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!?!"""
