pathetic service and packaging skills a disgrace

Firstly I don't even know why you have a website to file complaints as i logged it twice and still no reply i bought three slices of lemon meringue and a chocolate chip ****in and three Caribbean mocha coffees I reached my home to entertain my church guests only to open the boxes and find that the biscuit crust or base was laying on one end of the box and the meringue part was on its own and this was like it was thrown into the box and it wasn't layed on its side in the box it was standing upright as the cake gets displayed in the counter and the ****in when we heated it up it was stale and the coffees was super different as it was cold and contained more coconut milk than usual i only live 5mins away from the mall so it couldn't get cold in that short time i paid a **** load of money for your deserts and coffee and i tried to go back buI instead i had to support spar and buy a cake there for my guests and i tried calling but was put on hold every time and gave my number but was never contacted i have my engagement party coming up this weekend and i was going to buy my favorite cakes there the lemon meringue and peppermint crisp cake but with me not being assisted further no thanks
