Pathetic service and management

We have just had the most poor service at Mugg and Bean Kenilworth Centre (waitress Constance). Before placing an order for one lemon meringue we asked whether it had zest particles or not, and were assured it does not. Cake came and lo and behold it has zest pieces. We raised concern and soon after the manager came to inquired. Told him why we could not eat the cake and ordered another cake instead. Thereafter, this zest issue was a joke amongst the entire waitressing staff who stood not too far from us canning themselves over this. We were ignored after this and had to ask same manager to get waitress to attend to us as we needed to leave. Terrible service, the staff at this establishment are quite rowdy as well. Pathetic.
