Pathetic service and food

Last month on the 21st of November I visited mugg and bean Richards Bay. It was fairly quiet I opted to just pop in for a quick breakfast and a coffee. As mentioned it was fairly quiet as it was a week day. They took over 45 minutes to get my simple cheese toast to me. Ordered a mocha but got a coffee. Chips was drenched in oil. Soggy and undercooked. And for some reason I could never find my waiter. My aunt then joined me a few minutes later and ordered the exact same thing. And food came out no different than mine. Pretty pathetic service esp since the restaurant was so quiet that day. So can’t imagine what else was the staff doing
