Pathetic Service and Disgusting Attitude by Store Manager
<p>I went to Mugg and Bean at Irene Mall on 8 May 2016. Expecting to have a good breakfast with good service, i was highly disappointed from the time i was allocated a table.</p> <p> </p> <p>The delay in taking my order was ********** as well as the rudeness of the manager (a guy named Thomas) on receiving my complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was no courtesy or respect demonstrated in dealing with the appaling service and my complaint. I was not impressed and decided to leave. Suffice to say that i will not go to Mugg and Bean- Irene Mall ever again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not recommend my friends and family to go either. The manager should be fired as he obviously thinks he is doing customers a favour where in fact we are paying his salary.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutley disgusting!!</p>
