Pathetic service
<p>A great family outing turned into an awful experience after an encounter with a very rude waitress, who refused to join 2 tables to accommodate my family of 8! The manager was informed about the events that occurred and didn't even apologize for our terrible experience... You have definitely lost some loyal customers due to the pathetic service we experience!!!</p>
