Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I went to Mugg and Bean in Northgate Mall for breakfast on Sunday the 26/06/2016. The waiter took our drinks and meal order. Our drinks came and then the waiter disappeared. He never bothered to clear the table at all. After seeing that people next to us who came about 15 minutes after us were getting their food my husband looked for the manager. After half an hour after ordering our food arrived. Half cooked and somewhat raw disgusting platter. And still the waiter did not clear the table or ask if we needed sauce or another drink. The ladt next to us received her meal after 10 minutes and she was offered sauce and after complaining that she had too little chips she was served a plate of chips seconds after. We on the other hand complained and got a blank look from the waiter. He never bothered to ask can i get you something else or can i remake it!!! We got the bill and left and never even received an apology. The sad thing is that i was still so HUNGRY, and planned on getting dessert but had to leave after getting treated like absolute ****. I will never go there again even though its been my favorite branch for years!!!!!!!</p>
