Pathetic service

Mugg and Bean in the Gardenroute Mall has the worst service. Have been sitting here for nearly an hour and no food yet. My husband had to beg the waitress to take our order. My coffee cup has been cold for a long time and still no breakfast. This is not the first time either. They will never see me again.
