Pathetic food and service
My waitress ignored me and checked up on all the white customers around me. The lady next to me ordered 20 minutes after me and her food came with mine except mine was cold and dry and her breakfast which was the same order, was steamy and presented well and looked fresh with nice bacon and fresh eggs that didn't dry out. This was my worst Mugg and Bean experience and I'm highly disappointed in the food I received. I am a regular customer and will not ever return to this franchise.
