Pathetic excuse for a “smoothie” and “service”

Normally LOVE mugg and beans coffee so decided to use my discovery points at their new drive through in Sunningdale to get a “Berry Blaze” smoothie.

No one knew what it was or how to make it, despite the manager herself telling me that it’s the smoothie I could get using my discovery points. Waited 15 mins while the staff ran around, no one sure on how to make this smoothie only to get a cup of plain yoghurt with some berry jam on top!! In what world is that a) a smoothie and b) enjoyable?? Plain yoghurt??

Manager told me that the smoothie is different at every Mugg and Bean and did not seem worried at all that a customer was just served a cup of yoghurt instead of a smoothie. VERY disappointed in the service I received from a brand that I normally love. Thanks for ruining my Sunday.
