Pathetic customer service

<p>So impressed with the soft chicken kebabs I got served at the Mug & Bean at Matlosana mall Klerksdorp....until I realized they were still raw! So the waitress take the raw meat away to report the matter to the manager and what happens....no apology, oh no, that is too much to ask from such an important person! He sends the waitress back with the message: "my manager wants to know if you want another plate".....Like......what the hell!!! I feel like vomiting with the knowledge that I have just consumed raw chicken (knowing full well of the potential risks as a result!), and now he want to know if I want some more!!! Worst service I ever received at a Mug & Bean</p>
