Pathetic Customer Service

<p>Mugg and Bean Mulbarton<br />Worst customer service ever.. after being told that we need to pay for a meal that we didn't eat. Took one bite, and the food was cold.. then send it back to be re-heated, and the food came back tasting terrible!<br />The manager Diyana came to us and says we must pay for the entire meal because the veggies where less on the plates (like seriously, cause everyone doesn't eat some chips as soon as it gets to the table)<br />And she, being the MANAGER, doesn't know how she's going to void the meal! <br />She insisted we pay for it, not even going into the kitchen and looking at what they serviced us! <br />Diyana, I'm appalled at your lack of customer ethics! Don't call yourself a manager if you don't even know how to deal with a customer!<br />Long story short, I refused to pay for it, so she did a huge favor by allowing me to pay for my drinks and leave!</p>
