Pathetic Attitude and service!
I went to the Mugg and Bean on the move outlet at the Total Garage on Broadway, Durban North tonight. The lady attending us was a bit rude, and also got my order wrong. When I said I ordered an Easy Cappuccino and not a Short one, she then spoke in Zulu with a bit of a tone and the only English word was \customer\", immediately I knew she was talking **** about me. Such pathetic service and attitude! We always go to this garage for a cappuccino but now we will definitely keep away and advise all our friends to do the same. Why support a place with useless service! "
