Pathetic, and Disappointed - MUGG & BEAN

Mothers day is a day that should be special, where you treat that one person for everything that she had done, and still does.

With this, it is my BIGGEST regret that I took my mother to Mugg & Bean, Springs Mall, Springs, Gauteng.

We chose there, as they are usually on par, but to our disappointment, this nowhere near the truth.

My Mother ordered a slice of whispers chocolate cake, and myself an Apple Strudel breakfast. Halfway through the cake she found hair in it, and moved it aside. Shortly after hair was pulled from my Ice cream that came with the Strudel.

The staff here don't wear any hair nets, have long hair and the manager here, although he deducted the cake from the bill, still didn't seem to be caring. (As if he was holding back his laughter whilst listening to the complaint).

I am devastated at the lack of care that restaurants like this hold of late. Not all but majority.

WITH NO SECOND THOUGHTS, WILL YOU NEVER, AND I MEAN EVER, SEE ME AGAIN!
