Pathetic.

I ordered a slice of apple and banana pie from Mugg & Bean Panorama - a favourite of mine. I received a disappointingly small slice. It was not a matter of greed... I just order this dish very often and have come to expect a specific portion size. The waiter asked if everything was alright and I asked why the slice was so tiny, to which he rep****, "oh, sorry, we use a cutter" . I pointed out that both the other branches of M&B that I frequent should then also use a cutter, and there shouldn't be such a large disparity between them. The waiter just walked away. Later, a different waiter came to ask if everything was alright. I basically had the same conversation again. I told two different employees that I was unhappy, and nothing was done or even acknowledged. When I told the second waiter that I interned never to return to the establishment, it was met with "okay" . Well done, Mugg & Bean. Your lack of consideration has lost you a regular customer.
