Pathetic
Myself and boyfriend went to mug n bean on the move at the table view total branch! We ordered a serious hot chocolate! This took place at 22:53! We were on our way home. Firstly they had those white lids which are absolutely pathetically made! They DO NOT fit! We asked the lady behind the till to give us a black lid to fit the serious size hot chocolate. She had an arrogant behavior and said no this white one works, you just need to put it on right! We specifically asked for it not to be too hot! Whilst driving the lid kept popping off! Then my boyfriend wanted a sip and whilst taking a sip the lid popped off, he burnt so badly! This service is repetitive and extremely unacceptable! We pay for supposed GOOD SERVICE! We both REFUSE to go back there, they should learn from the Melkbosstrand branch! The teller SHOULD NOT make the coffee!!!! That should be a strict rule with in your mug n bean on the move! They have their jobs and they should stick to what they do! <br> <br> Please ensure that your branch gets the correct BLACK COVER LIDS! So that they can fit!
