Pathethic Service

good day, we've been eating at mugg n bean tygervalley for a while now and we've always had good service. suddenly we never see a manager on the floor nor do we get seated by anyone that works there. it's happened to us twice that we order food and it get's to us incorrectly or not warm/hot. we had a incident yesterday where we ordered 1 water and 1 coffee and the message that was relayed from the waiter to Lloyd was incorrect, therefore we received 2 coffee's. we didn't get an apology nor did he even look at us. we always leave a tip for Lloyd but his service to patrons is very bad, and it is getting worse and worse. we asked him 5 times for tomato sauce as well; yes it sounds very petty but it's not; tygervalley was the one franchise which we thought would never lose it's niche; well it has. we are very upset to see the service delivery getting worse and worse. i really hope you pull up your sox. thanks,
