Owner, Manager & Staff **** to get out of free hot chocolate promotion

<p>I have had some family and friends redeem a WiCode that rewards them with a free bottomless hot chocolate. I then dialled the ussd code I was told to dial and I too was provided with a WiCode to redeem a free bottomless hot chocolate at ANY sit down Mugg & Bean restaurant. Upon arriving at the Mugg & Bean at Brooklyn mall yesterday I was told that the promotion was a **** and that I should leave the store immediately. When I asked the manager for the number for her head office to find out about this promotion she fumbled at first and then refused to provide me with the number. Instead she went to the back of the store and called the store owner. She then told me that she had head office on the line and handed the phone over to me. The owner instructed me to leave the store and told me that I will not be assisted.i was rather disheartened to have been treated this way as I am a Mugg & Bean fan for a long time and it was disappointing to witness such attitude from one of my favourite Mugg &Bean outlets</p>
