Online order *******!!

Mug & Bean Meyersdal & Brackenhurst Alberton - pathetic service and ******* when ordering from MrD or UberEats!! This is not the first time, and even if you do log a complain immediately when your food was delivered MrD, UberEats and Mug & Bean just ignores you!!

I order Breakfast every Saturday from one of these 2 Mug & Beans. Once I ordered extra avo's - R40 (2022), PAID for it, but never received it!! I did not log a complain because I thought it was just Avo's and wasting time to complain. Then new order, ordered extra mushrooms - R26 (2022), PAID for it and never received it, logged a complain BUT NO REFUND OR CREDIT.

This year MrD ordered extra egg- PAID FOR IT - R16 order DFD*** NEVER RECEIVED IT LOGGED A COMPLAIN AND....NOTHING

This year ordered drinks, PAID FOR IT - R40 - order Uber Eats #F1877, LOGGED A COMPLAIN...AGAIN NOTHING!!

TOTAL OF R122 JUST ******....i am sure I am not the only customer, if you take R16 just from 20 customers a day for 365 days you pocket R116 800 a year for FREE! BUT....IF I ORDER FROM YOU ONLINE OR IN YOUR SHOP AND I DO NOT HAVE R16 OR R122 TO PAY FOR MY ORDER YOU WILL NOT GIVE ME MY FOOD

So how is it ok to take R122 from me but you DO NOT DELIVER WHAT I ORDERED OR REFUND ME IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE!!
