Old stale bread

Mugg and Bean Pretoria Churcfh Square food is old and stale. When a person decides to go to Mugg and Bean, one expects quality, i spent almost R100 on 1 hot chocolate and a simple toasted sandwich, the sandwich bread was old and rock hard, I could not eat it at all and my hot chocolate was way too sweet, I never add sugar because a hot chocolate is generally sweet, but this distinctly tasted like sugar was already added, I would know this because I buy there every other day. If you are going to charge customers these prices, please give them fresh food. I will personally never shop at Mugg and Bean Pretoria Church square ever again and neither will my colleagues.
