Old cake and attitude.

On a outing to Mug and Bean looking for Red Velvet Cake we were very disappointed with the products , and lack thereof and treatment. Biggest mistake ever. We ordered Baked cheese Cake and Lemon Meringue. They only had limited cake to choose from only 4. On receiving the order, we noted that the Meringue part of the Lemon meringue was hard, but thought this is how they do it and it looked ok, the Cheese cake's crust came away from the cake completely, on tasting it I realized that the cake was OLD and dry, it did not eve taste like cheese cake.I asked for the manager who came saying 'O yes its dry' he knows, I rep**** that it is not dry, sorry this is old, I bake myself and know the difference.He kept on interrupting ad repetidly saying it is dry. If he knew it was, why did he still serve it, and you don't argue with your customers, its unprofessional.He did though take it off the bill, but this is not the manner to act. Old,yes OLD cake and unprofessionalism will not bring you far.
