NOT value for money

Arrived at King Shaka International at about 8:20am 17/02/2020 and again on 21/02/2020. Both visits were a disaster. Fruit salad looked like it was prepared the day before, plates were cold therefore food did not stay warm very long. Service was slooow. Recommend HQ sends out a secret shopper to see for themselves . Yes these are the days that MSC patrons arrive to embark on a cruise therefore why not gear up for these events???
