Not great meal turned good experience

We had lunch at the M&B in the Mooiriver Mall today. I ordered the Spicy Lime Chicken Quesadilla - my first time ordering such an item from the menu.<br> <br> A few issues:<br> The filling was only at the tip of the tortilla wedges (four of them). I cut off and didn't eat a lot of the tortilla. Two, with filling throughout, would have been a good meal. <br> The salsa wasn't fresh and it tasted like it came out of can. And it wasn't even a decent canned product.<br> The guacamole tasted like it was made from old avos - where you can taste the bruising.<br> The spicy lime chicken filling was ok but I didn't taste the lime on the chicken at all. More lime definitely required.<br> <br> I did eat the meal, leaving the salsa, most of the guacamole and the cut off tortilla pieces, which had no filling.<br> <br> Yet this is a compliment post. When our waitress, who we thoroughly enjoyed and was super friendly, came to get our plates I told her the issues. She called the female manager over. I told her the issues with the food and while I wasn't expecting anything because I ate most of the meal, she didn't hesitate to remove the item from our bill.<br> <br> We often eat at this M&B when in Potch and will continue to do so. Thank you.
