Nonsense service

On 28th of May I bought coffee at one coffee shop in Joburg, and they had a problem with their machine, so I couldn't get my points. I reported the issue to customer support and till this day, they have not bothered to come back to me or even try to resolve my issue. I sent them countless emails and they never responded. My contact number is *** and my email is ***. I know that they won't bother to get back to me or try to resolve this issue.
