Noisy Pavilion Mugg and Bean

I recently went for breakfast to Mugg and Bean at the Pavilion Shopping Centre in Durban. I thought I was going to enjoy a quiet moment before I started my day. BUT OH MY GOSH-the level of noise was unbelievable, and it was not the customers-IT WAS THE STAFF!!!! Instead of talking to each other, they raised their voices to a point of screaming. Is this what we have become? never again to M&B Pavilion. Too noisy. OMG-still cant get over it. Train your staff to be courteous. I was waiting to get out of there, so I ate quicker than was usual. One of the waiters commented on how fast I ate!!!!!!!!!!! Standards have dropped, and that's a fact,
