No service at Mugg and Bean Northridge Mall Bloemfontein

We received the worst service ever today at Mugg&Bean Northridge. We waited for our food for about an hour. At least two (2) tables that entered the coffee shop long after we did received their food before us. When I went to enquire about our food, the toasted chicken mayo was not even prepared yet. A couple sitting at a table near us left because they were not served. I told the waiter I wanted to speak to the owner. Six hours later, nobody phoned
