No service and no quality customer care.

Hi. Absolutely utterly poor service at Mugg & Bean Tygervalley Shopping Centre. Waited 10 minutes for a waiter to serve me. I Didn't get a menu and it's more then 2 hours and still now one came. I ask a waiter to please refill my mugg wile I,'m going to the ladies room. I came back and nothing has being done. What a disappointment!
