No Service
Unfortunately I need to complain about the branch at Cape Town Airport.<br> On Friday night, I eventually had to walk up to the counter, get my own menu, then find someone to place an order. <br> then again - on Monday, we wanted to have lunch there before our flight. Sat down. after 10 min no one had even greeted us. so I got up and asked the manager for a waiter. nothing. then my mom got up and asked for a waiter. still nothing. I got up again... this is after about 20min.<br> eventually the manager came to take our order. 3 of us ordered the BBQ Pulled pork. she left. about 10 min later she came back to say there is no pulled pork. Needless to say we got up and left. as a manager, she should know what is out of stock. <br> besides that, the fact that we had to ask 3 times to be served is shocking.<br> we wasted 30min and left with nothing. not a good advert for international travellers.<br>
