NO MORE MUG AND BEAN FOR ME!!!

Good day On Sunday 25/04/2021 we went to Key West mug and bean for a Brunch/lunch . We placed out food order 12h55. Bythey we 13h30 NO FOOD YET.... and before someone say it was busy - NO THEY WERE NOT. In total there was about 6 people sitting . An elderly ladie came in and sat by her table 13 minutes before any body even brought her a menu. After asking what the problem was we received out food - HORRIBLE my bread like doughnut bread that I got with mt eggs were rock hard - AWFULL!!!! \The bottomless coffee that my partner ordered did not have any tast . MUG AND BEAN IS */ WAS my favorate place where I could go and relax I will never set foor in there AGAIN. I want mug and bean to refund my all my money for that day - and I feel like asking for my traffeling as well. Obviously the people working there is there for the salary only - work is scares and you need to look after your job. Management please review the people thats working for you - you loosng clients because of VERY bad workers with very poor attitudes.......... NOMORE MUG AND BEAN FOR ME ... THANK YOU
