no ingredients for three dishes

I went to Mugg and Bean in Festival mall Kempton Park on Saturday. I ordered a meal, after about 5 to 7 minutes the waiter inform me they do not have the ingredients. I chose a second meal. They do not have that either. The third meal the same thing. I asked for the bill and they charged me almost 70 Rand for two hot chocolates as they were "bottemless". I will not go back and so quite a few of others in Kempton Park
