No hygiene ethics!!!

I went to the M & B on the move at Ballito Junction. I ordered a sandwich and coffee. Whilst waiting for my sandwich...the lady preparing the sandwich took something which looked like a chicken pieces and put it on her mouth and then sucked her fingers. Annoyed at what I witnessed I asked her why she did that as she was going to handled my sandwich with the same hand...her reply was 'im not eating your sandwhich" She obviously didnt think that eating in front of a customer and sucking her fingers was an issue. I later that day tried to call the store to speak to her manager...now answer. I called the manager the next day who after explaining the whole story advised she didn't hear everything i said because their phone line bad... I asked her for the regional manager no. I have dialled that no. 6 times..no answer.

This unacceptable service. Hygiene in the food industry should be top of the list. The fact that the staff member didnt think anytgwas wrong with her actions is even more frustrating.
