No Customer Service from Customer Service

As a regular Sunday breakfast takeaway customer at M&B Sandown - I had my first poor quality experience, where the both the food and drinks were not up to their usual standards. So much so that what I received didn't even match the description on the menu. I voiced my concern on their FB page together with pictures and proof of purchase. After a few hours I was prompted to complete their "Get In Touch" link - which I did. To date several weeks later - I have heard nothing further. As a consumer with loads of options - I know when to move on, when a company's customer service has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. How disappointing................. Clinton Fabian - ***
