New Coffe ( terrible))

I frequent Mugg & Bean at least twice a day. The new coffee that Mugg & Bean serve in their Cuppacino is bitter and terrible. Why would they change something that's not broken. I have been to Dainfern Lonehill Broadacres Peter Place. All the same. why why why???? its like the cookies they give with the Cuppacino change them all the time and the new choc chip (Ive complained about this before) not nice. But being Famous Brands you say you want feed back and when we give you do nothing, because you dont care!!!!
