NEVER RETURNING TO THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE
MY WIFE AND I STOPPED AT MUGG AND BEAN ON OUR WAY DOWN TO THE COAST FOR SOME BREAKFAST. WHEN WE WALKED IN THERE WERE HARDLY ANY PEOPLE, YET WE WERE FAILED TO BE GREETED BY A WAITER. I CHOSE US A PLACE TO SIT AND HAD TO GET UP AND CALL A WAITER MYSELF!! AFTER ORDERING WE WAITED FOR ABOUT 25MIN BEFORE OUR FOOD ARRIVED AND IT WAS COLD!! WE ATE UP AFTER I DECIDED NOT TO MAKE A FUSS. <br> WE THEN NOTICED A WHITE WOMAN SHOUTING AT ONE OF YOUR WAITERS WHO I ASSUME IS THE MANAGER IN FRONT OF ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS!! IS THIS THE WAY YOU RUN A BUSINESS BY CONFRONTING YOUR STAFF IN FRONT OF PAYING CUSTOMERS??<br> I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD AT THIS BRANCH AND WILL CERTAINLY NOT BE RETURNING.<br> PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME AS I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME OR PATIENCE TO LISTEN TO YOUR SOPPY APOLOGIES OR EXCUSES!
