Negligence at Mugg and Bean

I sat down for a meeting at the Mugg and Bean in Constantia. I asked for a flat white with almond milk, this was confirmed back to me. I received a flat white with ***s milk. I was in a meeting and could not get up to go and resolve this immediately, and the waiter did not come to check on the table for the entire duration of the meeting.

I had to leave immediately after and so could not stay to get another coffee - as a result I am now violently sick. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had a more serious allergy. This is unacceptable practice.
