Mugs and Bean Drive Thru Sunningdale

Although I don't like Mugg and Bean's coffee, I thought I'll give them another chance and tried out their new Drive Thru in Sunningdale. Also I was pushed for time and thought a drive thru is a great idea for people on the move. It saves time, parking, etc. All I ordered was an Americano coffee with milk. After waiting almost 10minutes in the car queue with only 2 cars in front of me I received a watered down coffee with hardly any milk in it. I don't take a lot of milk in general, but there was so little milk in the coffee that I was not sure wether they actually put milk in at all. It was so disgusting I had to throw the coffee out. Really disappointing.....
