Mugg&Bean Galleria SHOCKING SERVICE!!

My husband and I were regulars at this restaurant. On 16 September 2017 we went there for lunch. Two of the young waiters crashed into my husband's chair. They were loud and very unprofessional. The waiters there seem to rule this restaurant. When we complained to the manageress, she said that she was aware of the problem but it was difficult to solve. She also seemed too friendly with the one waiter we complained about, after the complaint she could be seen laughing and joking with him. This place needs a shake-up, new management at least. Someone who is actually in control. We are not going back there.
