Mugg&Bean Constantia Stale Cakes & Bad Service

Had yet another awful experience at Mugg&Bean Constantia! Last time I had a runny tummy after eating their carrot cake that tasted sour and tasted stale. Yesterday I fell victim again to their ***** antics,my stale takeaway cakes( carrot and chocolate mousse took 20mins ( I must wonder did the waitress go to the dumpster behind the restaurant maybe) ?? It sure tasted like it!!! My milkshake was runny( have eaten thicker butternut soup)!!! My mom was served charred meat you couldn’t sc**** down out of kindness, that she flat out refused. Their new very premature waitress was swarmed with clients, she clearly had zero experience handling, she was shaking with nerves, while the experienced waitresses had zero interest in serving her stranded tables, I flagged down the unsmiling waitress who dumpster dived me the cakes or solid cold displays that were off. I’m Furious and just disgusted, I advise people to clinically inspect their takeaways from this place and rather follow the waitress ( I was limping because of leg surgery) I told her I would walk to the counter if it were possible( as she s***led at me for flagging her down), so she probably calculated I wouldn’t stand a chance seeing where the disgusting cakes came from. I Left there in a haste, mom bagged her food, just didn’t feel like I had been in what is considered a lovely coffee shop in other areas, this is a definite dive, doesn’t meet the Constantia level of restaurants and coffee shops, I know because Iive in the area!
