Mugg n bean gateway

Worse experience. Just left mugg n bean with a family of 5 on my mums birthday.. After a long debate with the manager. Two people apparently reserved a seat in peak hour business for tablet seated for five while they do their shopping.Which took them more than half an hour. I've been supporting them for years there is no such policy. Absolutely ridiculous. Manager try to be apologetic and the worker SPHE gave me terrible attitude. Shocked and appalled. Spoilt her birthday and lost a good customer. I'm a business owner myself this was pathetic and *********. You can't keep empty seats for customers in the Xmas period while we wait to be seated.
