MUGG & BEAN - WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER

It both came with 2x chicken fillets. Unfortunately the chicken fillets were so overcooked we could not eat it. Before finishing the first fillet on each plate we asked the waitress and we agreed with her it is fine to replace only one chicken fillet per plate after she got push back from the kitchen. Then a manager also intervened and we only received one fillet on one plate for two customers. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE. SHAME ON MUGG & BEAN. FAMOUS BRANDS YOU ARE DOING IT AGAIN - ANOTHER FRANCHISE TO BE RUN IN THE GROUND !!!!!</font></font></font></p> <p> </p>
